Her Story

When you pay attention to what’s happening inside you, and listen honestly, you’ll find your body already holds the answers.

Answers for being present, free expression and living fully.

Your body is the sacred home of your being, where your soul lives,
created for this one, unique,
and beautiful lifetime.

In these times of such disconnection, it is a rebellious act to embrace your body and your being fierce devotion.

Hi, I’m Caitlyn Collins — mother, wife, nature worshiper, embodiment guide, self-mastery coach, birthkeeper, and lifelong student of the sacred cycles of life.

My work is devoted to helping women remember themselves through the body, to move, feel, and live from a place of deep devotion to self, I guide women through embodied dance, somatic practices, and self-mastery coaching, creating space for them to listen deeply, embrace their whole selves, and lead their lives with radical self-love, through maidenhood, pregnancy, motherhood, and the changing cycles as time passes.

My earliest memories are steeped in connection. holding my newborn sister’s tiny hand at the age of two, playing with fairies in the garden, meeting nature spirits, and knowing in my bones that life is far more than a material experience. I grew up free, dancing barefoot, conversing with angels, and learning from the natural world.

When illness and challenge touched my life as a young girl, I learned early that the body holds wisdom and that discomfort is a teacher. My healing came through deep listening, wise guidance, and a trust in the body’s natural intelligence.

Motherhood became my greatest initiation. The fierce, wild birth of my first child taught me to trust my body and spirit beyond external voices. Parenting three children has deepened this trust, becoming a spiritual practice of presence, radical honesty, and reverence for the world of feelings as guides to deeper self-understanding.

My work flows from this foundation, holding space for women in all cycles of womanhood and motherhood, in joy, in grief, in shadow, and in celebration. I invite women to embody themselves, to breathe into the parts they’ve forgotten, and to awaken the power that has always been theirs.

When women step fully into their embodied presence, they shift not only themselves but the collective — balancing the sacred feminine and sacred masculine within, and offering their unique medicine to the world.

This is not just my passion.
It is my devotion, my prayer, and my way of walking in service.
