Her Story
Hi, I’m Caitlyn Collins — mother, wife, nature worshiper, embodiment guide, self-mastery coach, birthkeeper, and lifelong student of the sacred cycles of life.
My journey began long before I ever called myself a coach or birthkeeper. It started with my first memory: the day I met my sister for the first time. I was 2 years and 4 months old. She had just been born, and I saw her for the first time. I offered her my finger, and she curled her tiny fingers around mine. I gazed at her and communicated telepathically, Sister, I am so happy you are here with me in this realm. I have always know that this life is way more then just a material experience and am devoted to pouring my attention to all the elements that make up this living experience.
Rooted in a childhood intimately connected to the natural world and nurtured by a mother who wild mothered me, I grew with an unwavering faith in our bodies as sacred vessels and our souls as free, sovereign beings. I grew up free, always dancing, playing with fairies, meeting nature spirits, and conversing with angels.
Another rite of passage came when I was incredibly ill with measles at 12, and later with an intense kidney infection at 18. My mother never took me to conventional doctors. My healing came through going deeply inward and meeting with wise healers. Storytelling was a powerful tool on this path.
The fierce, wild birth of my first child was an initiation, another profound step into deep trust in my body and spirit, choosing to honor my innate wisdom over external pressures.
As a mother of three, I continue to walk the path of conscious parenting, holding space not only for my children’s sovereignty and free learning but also for my own growth and embodiment. Parenting, for me, is a spiritual practice, a front-line of liberation where I embody presence, radical trust, and embodied leadership.
My work as an embodiment guide and self-mastery coach flows naturally from this foundation. I support women in remembering themselves through the body—learning to listen deeply, embrace their whole selves, and lead their lives with authentic power and radical self-love.
Living in reverence of the life-death-life cycle, I honor all that lies between these sacred portals, the joy and celebration, the grief and shadow work, and the quiet transformative spaces in between.
My calling is to hold sacred space for women through every cycle of their womanhood and motherhood, to guide them into reclaiming their wholeness, sovereignty, and wild beauty.
When women step fully into their embodied power and conscious presence, we shift not only ourselves but the collective consciousness. We remember that we are spiritual beings, moving away from victim-hood and into vibrant authenticity, gifting our unique medicine to communities and the world that need it now more than ever.
This is not just my passion. It is my devotion and my prayer.
